I’m Julie the founder of Grow Holistic Counselling.

As a holistic counsellor, Reiki Master and workshop facilitator, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, heal through self-awareness and transform adversity into resilience and growth.

My path into holistic counselling was shaped not just by text books and formal study, but by life itself. As a mother, FIFO wife, cancer survivor and someone who’s journeyed across continents, I’ve lived through transitions that called for deep emotional presence and intuitive strength. During my own cancer experience, traditional counselling left me feeling isolated and unseen—unable to fully express the emotional and spiritual depth of my journey.

These experiences now guide my practice: gentle, grounded and deeply personal. I hold space with compassion and curiosity, honouring the full spectrum of your humanity—body, mind, soul and spirit. Through creative exercises and mindfulness during counselling, I help clients access clarity, resilience and joy.

Grow Holistic Counselling is a safe, supportive space for healing and growth—whether through one-on-one sessions, workshops or energy work.
